PURPOSE: An automatic moving image editing device and apparatus and a recording medium storing the moving image editing method are provided to allow general users to easily obtain desired images by using software that automates processes of digitalizing a moving image, editing the moving image, applying a special effect to the image and mixing sound with the image to output a new image. CONSTITUTION: An automatic moving image editing device includes an information input unit(100) for receiving information for delivering user's minimum intention, and a moving image analog-digital converter(200) for converting an analog moving image input through an external image input unit into a digital image. The device further includes a moving image editing and control unit(400) for storing the information input through the information input unit in an information storage unit(300), capturing the digital image converted by the analog-digital converter in response to the stored information, simply editing the captured digital image, applying a special effect to the edited image and mixing the image with sound to automatically edit the moving image, and an image rendering unit(500) for rendering the moving image automatically edited by the moving image editing and control unit in a video format suitable for a specific purpose to output a video file.
