PURPOSE: A rachet belt is provided to replace only worn part with a new part to thus increase reuse of resources and to reduce costs for replacement and resources providing good economic effect. CONSTITUTION: The rachet belt(1) of a snow board binder includes a first belt(3) which has a coupling hole at one end, a connecting portion at the other end, and a teeth surface(5) for fixing boot received therein. A second belt(2) is connected with the first belt and has at both ends connectors for connecting with the first belt and the other fixing belt, respectively. A third belt(4) is connected with the second belt and has at one end a connector for connecting with the second belt, and at the other end an insert inserted into a clip of the binder. When the teeth surface of the second belt is worn out, the second belt is replaced with new one.
