PURPOSE: An automatic distribution system using the EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) through the Internet and a managing method thereof are provided to plan smooth distribution by interchanging/arranging a transaction set between a property owner and a vehicle owner in an agreement relation, and connecting mutually desired transaction at an optimal condition based on the transaction sets. CONSTITUTION: A distribution condition analyzer(30) analyzes each data segment inputted from the property/vehicle owners(20,16) for the transaction set presented through the communication network. A traffic status analyzer(40) operates possibilities by analyzing past statistical traffic information, real-time traffic information, and predicted weather conditions for a distribution section, and inputting a time factor according to a request of the property owner. An empty vehicle information analyzer(50) judges association of a delivery vehicle corresponding to each analysis result of the traffic status analyzer. An expense process analyzer(70) operates expense for the distribution transaction from information received from each device.
