The valve comprises primary, secondary and tertiary cylindrical portions of different diameters. The primary portion is fixed between the plug and neck of container that houses fluid substances. The secondary portion forming main piston has upper end inserted into primary portion and lower end defining inlet and outlet ports. The tertiary portion is formed of hollow rod for connecting to outlet port.
