REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF HYBRID RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE FOR INCREASING RIGIDITY OF METAL PANEL

PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of a hybrid resin molded article is provided to enhance the joining force of a reinforcing resin member joined to the inside of a metal panel. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of a hybrid resin molded article(100) comprising a resin molded article and a metal panel(110) inserted and integrated in/with the resin molded article reinforces the joining strength between the resin molded article and the metal panel by a reinforcing resin member(160) integrated with the resin molded article and joined to one side of the metal panel. The reinforcing structure of the hybrid resin molded article includes rivet(200) enhancing the combining strength between the metal panel and the reinforcing resin member. A head part of the rivet is supported to the surface of the metal panel and a leg part of the rivet is protruded to the rear of the metal panel through the metal panel and is laid and fixed in the reinforcing resin member.
