OVER-FILL PREVENTION DEVICE BY USING SUPERSONIC WAVES FOR RESTRICTING EXPLOSION AND LEAKAGE CAUSED BY OVER-FILL IN CHARGING A CLOSED CONTAINER WITH GAS OR OIL

PURPOSE: An over-fill prevention device by using supersonic waves is provided to shut off automatically an over-fill valve connected with a main fill valve in series before an over-fill state and to prevent contents in a closed container from leaking out by locking the main fill valve and the over-fill valve. CONSTITUTION: An over-fill prevention device(10) by using supersonic waves sounds an alarm before an over-fill state by calculating the amount of contents(2) filled in a container(1) by using the supersonic waves and then generating a control signal according to the calculated result and locks electrically an over-fill valve(51). The over-fill valve that is locked electrically is opened only in operating manually a lock release button(53) after holding continuously the lock state. A component is integrally mounted on a set board.
