VACUOUS TANK FOR MAXIMALLY MAINTAINING TEMPERATURE OF MOLTEN STEEL DURING TRANSPORTATION PROCESS BY USING PRINCIPLE OF VACUUM TANK AND ADOPTING MOBILE BURNER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a vacuous tank for temperature maintenance of molten steel transportation ladle, wherein an electric furnace steelmaking ladle enables an atmospheric temperature to be maintained in a vacuum tank space and prevents temperature drop of molten steel by flowing monolithic refractories in a vacuum tank structure and installing a burner at transfer cars for rail locomotive. CONSTITUTION: The vacuous tank for temperature maintenance of molten steel transportation ladle comprises a vacuum tank body(8) which covers the ladle; a vacuum tank cover connected to the vacuum tank body by covering the vacuum tank body; and monolithic refractories(10) flown in an inner part of the vacuum tank body and the vacuum tank cover, wherein the vacuous tank further comprises a burner(20) installed at the vacuum tank cover.
