VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT ROTARY COMPRESSOR FOR ROTATING ECCENTRIC BUSH AT SAME SPEED WITH ROTATION SHAFT WITHOUT SLIPPAGE BY RESTRAINING PIN AND LEAF SPRING

PURPOSE: A variable displacement rotary compressor is provided to prevent an eccentric bush from rotating faster than a rotation shaft by a restraining pin while keeping the eccentric bush rotating at a maximum eccentric rotation position by a holding pin. CONSTITUTION: A variable displacement rotary compressor includes upper and lower eccentric cams(41,42) provided at positions corresponding to upper and lower compression chambers at a rotation shaft(21). Upper and lower eccentric bushes(51,52) are disposed on outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower eccentric cams respectively. A holding pin(43) is mounted between the upper and lower eccentric cams. A restraining pin(80) and a leaf spring(90) are mounted at the same height with the holding in at the rotation shaft. A slot(53) is provided between the upper and lower bushes with a predetermined length to hold the holding pin and the restraining pin.
