SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING OPTIMAL EMERGENCY TREATMENT USING CALLER INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A system and a method for preparing optimal emergency treatment using caller information are provided to minimize time loss and offer the optimal emergency treatment by building an emergency treatment system based on the caller information received through the communication network before a patient is arrived at a hospital, and performing a medical service as the patient is arrived. CONSTITUTION: A caller information obtaining part(110) collects the caller information through the wired/wireless telephone network. A data converter(120) converts the caller information into packeted/decoded data. A monitoring part monitors/judges occurrence of the emergency patient by tracing information of the decoded data and confirming that the information is identical with hospital database information. An emergency supporter(130) judges whether the emergency patient is a emergency patient or not, and according to the judgment, the ambulance and the specialized doctor go out or stand by. An emergency treatment server(160) extracts past emergency treatment history of a caller by receiving records from a hospital information part(150), and processes/stores the extracted data.
