PURPOSE: A card connector assembly is provided to prevent the front end of a card from impacting against a card accommodating part even when the size of the card connector assembly is reduced, to thereby enable smooth introduction of the card into the card accommodating part. CONSTITUTION: A card connector assembly includes a frame(24), a card accommodating part(42) provided in the frame, and a connector part(2) attached to the frame at the position opposite to the end of the card accommodating part to be electrically connected to a card introduced into the frame. The card connector assembly further includes an ejector(6) attached to the side of the frame to eject the card introduced into the frame, and an operating bar(40) that is a part of the ejector and slides along the insertion/ejection direction of the card. The card connector assembly further includes a pushing knob(48) provided to the operating bar at the end of one side of the card accommodating part, and a guide for guiding the card introduced into the frame to the card accommodating part.
