An upper portion 86 of a protrusion 87 has a sidewall part 86a extending outward from a periphery of a base portion 81 to form an extending part 86b , and a coil insulating layer 57 is also present under the extending part. Since the coil insulating layer is present under the extending part of the protrusion, the mechanical strength around the protrusion is improved. Accordingly, cracking is not likely to occur in a protective layer (insulating layer), and corrosion resistance of a conductive connection structure is improved. |
