An object of the present invention is to provide an antibacterial glass composition and an antibacterial resin composition which are less likely to cause secondary aggregation during molding or other processes. The antibacterial glass composition comprises an antibacterial glass and an inorganic dispersible filler. The antibacterial resin composition comprises an antibacterial glass, an inorganic dispersible filler and a resin. Also the present invention provides a method for producing an antibacterial resin composition, comprising mixing an antibacterial glass composition with a resin together and molding the mixture, said method being characterized by the addition of an inorganic dispersible filler.
