The connector has an insulating housing (1) receiving a number of contacts (2) having integral connection parts (3) cooperating with termination screws (5), the termination connections (4, 5) extending in at least two rows within the insulating housing. The latter rows extend parallel to the small sides of the connector and the termination connections are contained within connection chambers sized for reception of double termination elements (14) for connection of external leads.
