PURPOSE: To provide a liquid treatment device for further improving treatment capability or efficiency and economic efficiency since maintenance on a motor driving electric power or a rotary mechanism part is not necessary, and the sludge is irregularly discharged with sludge not being deposited on the bottom of a treatment tank. CONSTITUTION: The liquid treatment device(10) comprises a cylindrical body(12) installed in a treatment tank(11) so that a liquid that is a treatment object is freely introduced into the cylindrical body or discharged from the cylindrical body; and a diffuser and a sludge suction unit disposed at the lower side of the cylindrical body, wherein a diffuser/sludge suction unit(13) in which the diffuser and the sludge suction unit are integrated into one body is disposed at the lower side of the cylindrical body, wherein the diffuser/sludge suction unit diffuses oxygen in a downward or lateral direction in the vicinity of the bottom of the treatment tank and sucks sludge from the downward or lateral direction, wherein the diffuser/sludge suction unit is approximately formed in a conical shape that is expanded downward, and equipped with an opening part oppositely directed to the bottom of the treatment tank, wherein the opening part comprises a bottom covering body on the center of which a hole part is formed, wherein the cylindrical body is approximately formed in a conical shape that is expanded downward, wherein a concave parts is formed on a bottom portion of the treatment tank, and wherein a microorganism culture material is installed in the treatment tank.
