PURPOSE: A device for transferring a waste toner and an electrophotographic printer employing the device are provided to effectively transfer the waste toner to a storage unit without accumulating the waste toner in a guide part by using a vibrating member. CONSTITUTION: A device for transferring a waste toner removed by a cleaning device(120) to a storage unit(200) includes a duct(310), a transfer unit(350), a guide part(400), and a vibrating member(410). The duct connects a cleaning device to the storage unit. The transfer unit is installed in the duct and transfers the waste toner. The guide part is located at the outlet of the duct and downwardly tilted. The guide part guides the waste toner to the storage unit. The vibrating member is located in the guide part and vibrated to prevent the waste toner from being accumulated in the guide part.
