PURPOSE: A billing system to efficiently register goods, a billing device, a billing method, a computer, and a customer terminal are provided to efficiently register the goods by selecting the billing information fit to the goods, as diverse billing information of various kinds is managed by dividing the goods and billing information. CONSTITUTION: A billing plan information generating server(33) is equipped with a billing plan template, fixes billing parameter information, and generates billing plan information from the billing plan template and the billing parameter information. The billing plan template comprises billing sort information, billing timing information, and billing cycle information. The billing parameter information comprises a combination of the billing sort/timing/cycle information. An associating server(34) associates the billing plan information with the goods by an instruction from a provider device. A billing server(31) charges a fare to the customer terminal based on the billing plan information associated with the goods.
