PURPOSE: A method of making apple shaved ice with syrup by mixing apple shaved ice, sweet bean paste, sweet mung bean paste, milk and honey is provided. The product has good taste and nutrients and is excellent in fatigue recovery, immunoactivity, diuretic action, blood-glucose lowering action and the like. CONSTITUTION: Apple juice is frozen, ground like a snow and then mixed with 15cc of sweet bean paste, 15cc of sweet mung bean paste, 15cc of milk and 5cc of honey syrup.
