PURPOSE: A power transmission apparatus of a water injection type whole body massager is provided to improve assembly and productivity of the products, to perfectly prevent leakage of water, to be manufactured in a simple manner, and to eliminate noise upon operating. CONSTITUTION: The power transmission apparatus of a water injection type whole body massager includes a pair of cylindrical upper and lower covers(311,312) which are provided with a respective opening fixed in an overlap manner and a through groove of a belt(311a,312a) disposed at both peripheral sides of the upper and lower covers, a pair of bearings respectively coupled with a seat groove of the covers, a timing pulley attached to the upper and lower bearing by a shaft, and a packing(321) inserted into a sealing groove which is formed at the lower portion of the seat portion in the lower cover. The timing pulley is provided with a groove which is engaged with the shaft of a motor(340).
