PURPOSE: A seat device of a water injection type whole body massager is provided to allow a user to be massaged with a good quality in more comfortable environment and to improve assembly productivity, durability and reliability of the products. CONSTITUTION: The seat device of a water injection type whole body massager includes a water tank installed in an upper side of a frame which is in an interior of a body case(100), and a seat member(110) engaged with an upper portion of the water tank to close the interior space of the water tank, The seat member comprises a seat(111) with multiple through holes disposed at an upper end of the water tank, an elastic water-proof seat(112) disposed in the upper side of the seat and having peripheral portion coupled to the water tank, and a cover seat(113) disposed at an upper portion of the water-proof seat and fixed by an engagement portion(161). The seat with multiple through holes supports user's weight while making an injection device to inject the high pressure water upwardly. The water-proof seat prevents leakage of high pressure water externally while transmitting pressure of the high pressure water to the user's human body. The cover seat is directly touched with the human body.
