PURPOSE: A method for tracking a trouble-generated location in a mobile communication system is provided to promptly grasp a trouble-generated location when a trouble is generated in a vehicle AP and repair the trouble, thereby realizing a wireless communication service of good quality. CONSTITUTION: Each configuration element of a network transmits configuration information of the configuration element to a central EMS(Element Management System) server(201,203). The configuration element transmits the configuration state change information of the configuration element to the central EMS server according to handover(204,206). According as a trouble is generated in a mobile equipment, IP information of the mobile equipment and the trouble information are transmitted to the central EMS server(207,208,209). The central EMS server traces a location of the mobile equipment according to the configuration information, the IP information and the trouble information of the mobile equipment(210,211).
