MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL FOR CONNECTING AN EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT THROUGH EAR-MICROPHONE JACK, ESPECIALLY REGARDING TO DISPLAYING MORE INFORMATION ON ONE SCREEN

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for connecting an external equipment through an ear-microphone jack is provided to display more information on one screen and expand image information. CONSTITUTION: A connection detecting part(413) detects the kind of an external equipment connected with an ear-microphone jack(412). A control unit(414) controls output of audio and video signals through the ear-microphone jack(412) according to the kind of the external equipment. An audio processing unit(415) converts the audio signals into signals appropriate for the control unit(414) to transmit the converted signals to the control unit(414), and converts the audio signals transmitted by the control unit(414) into signals appropriate for output. A video processing unit(416) converts the video signals into signals appropriate for the control unit(414) to transmit the converted signals to the control unit(414), and converts the video signals transmitted by the control unit(414) into signals appropriate for output. A switch(417) switches the ear-microphone jack(412) and the video processing unit(416).
