METHOD FOR INPUTTING CHINESE CHARACTER USING FORM OF COLLATERAL WORD WITHOUT KNOWING PRONUNCIATION OR RADICAL

PURPOSE: A method for inputting a Chinese character using a form of a collateral word without knowing a pronunciation or a radical is provided to enable a user to easily/conveniently input the Chinese character by displaying a few Chinese characters after filtering many roughly selected Chinese characters by inputting a total stroke number of the desired Chinese character. CONSTITUTION: The user aligns similar Chinese character forms to each form/stroke number(S101). The user inputs 10 Chinese characters by separating the desired forms of the basic collateral word for the desired Chinese character and selecting only the similar form(S102). The Chinese characters identical with the similar Chinese character are searched from a similar Chinese character database(S103). All searched Chinese characters are displayed and the user selects the desired Chinese character(S103).
