PURPOSE: A method of making boiled rice with gold powder and wild plants(geumsanchaepibimbap) by boiling rice, Lentinus edodes, black rice and sorghum with laminaria soup and then garnishing with gold powder, wild plants, vegetables and the like is provided. It improves the aesthetic appearance of the food product and supplements nutrient components that are lacking in conventional pibimbap. CONSTITUTION: The boiled rice with gold powder and wild plants is prepared by the steps of: cooking rice, Lentinus edodes, black rice and sorghum with laminaria soup; garnishing 200g boiled rice with 40g each of Ligularia fischeri, sprouts of Actinidia arguta, Osmunda japonica Thunb., Pimpinella brachycarpa, Aster scaber Thunb, leaf beet or butterbur; garnishing the garnished boiled rice with 0.8 to 1.2g Fructus Jujubae, 1 to 3g chestnuts, 1 to 3g gingko nuts, 0.2 to 0.5g pine nuts, 0.5 to 1g walnuts, 8 to 12g mung-bean jelly and 3 to 5g gold powder; and adding gold powder, sesame oil and sauces. |
