PURPOSE: A micro type fluid circulation system and a method are provided to achieve improved cooling effect by permitting a fluid to be quickly heat exchanged between a high temperature region and a low temperature region and lowering the temperature of an electronic unit from one side of an adjacent printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A micro type fluid circulation system comprises a printed circuit board(1) on which at least one insulation layer, a metal layer, and a circulation route(10) are formed. The circulation route includes a heat collecting channel(101) arranged in the vicinity of at least one high temperature region(82); a heat dissipation channel(102) arranged in the vicinity of at least one low temperature region; a low temperature transfer channel(103) communicated from the heat dissipation channel to the heat collecting channel; and a high temperature transfer channel(104) communicated from the heat collecting channel to the heat dissipation channel. A fluid is contained in the circulation route such that heat of the high temperature region is transferred to the low temperature region.
