PURPOSE: A magnetic adsorption apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and a magnetic apparatus are provided to exhibit an initial adsorption force of a permanent magnet through a rotational operation of a small angle. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic adsorption apparatus(10) comprises a magnetic circuit block(14) and a permanent magnet assembly(16). The magnetic circuit block has a cavity(12) extending in one direction. The magnetic circuit block is divided into a plurality of magnetic pole members(26) at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cavity by a plurality of spacers(24). The permanent magnet assembly has an N-pole and an S-pole, and is arranged to be selectively rotatable at a first position and a second position spaced apart from each other around the axial line of the cavity so as to adsorb and release a magnet. The spacers arranged in the vicinity of the axial line have angular intervals smaller than 180 degrees around the axial line.
