PURPOSE: A shirt incorporated with tie for infant is provided to avoid stuffy feeling caused by the tying of a tie, to prevent loss of a tie and to improve the marketability of a shirt by combining shirt and tie. CONSTITUTION: The shirt(10) for an infant includes a needlework material(20) in the shape of a tie which is spaced from the tucks wherein the buttons(19) are fastened or the button holes(17) are made. The needlework material(20) is sewed to be placed in the center of the front of the shirt. The shirt(10) includes a right front pattern, a left front pattern, a right back pattern, a left back pattern, a right sleeve pattern and a left sleeve pattern. The shape of a tie is printed to be placed in the center portion wherein the buttons(19) are fastened, when the right front pattern and the left front pattern are overlapped. In the tuck(16) of the right front pattern wherein button holes(17) are formed, equal folded lines a, b, c, d, and e are formed. Lines a, c and e are sewed together. Button holes(17) are formed in the areas defined by lines a and b, and by lines b and c.
