PURPOSE: A safety parking system is provided to prevent the damaged on the outward appearance of a vehicle or the damage on a fixed structure when a vehicle collides with a fixed structure of a parking lot. CONSTITUTION: The safety parking system comprises: a buffer roller(10) rotated possibly and provided with a buffer unit for absorbing an impact caused by a collision between a fixed structure and a vehicle when parking and preventing the damage on the outward appearance of a vehicle; a roller rotary shaft inserted to the center of the buffer roller(10) to make the buffer roller(10) rotate around a roller rotary shaft; upper and lower brackets(20,21) installed on both sides of the roller rotary shaft to fix the roller rotary shaft to one side of the fixed structure and provided with a rotary shaft insert unit(22) to insert the front of the roller rotary shaft and a fixing part(23) extended to both sides of the rotary shaft insert unit(22) and anchored on the fixed structure by a fixing unit(27); a capsule(34) inserted to the other end of the rotary shaft insert unit(22) to close up the other end of the rotary shaft insert unit(22); and a positioning spring fitted between the outer circumference of the roller rotary shaft and the inner circumference of the rotary shaft insert unit(22) to support the roller rotary shaft elastically not to be slanted at the inserted state to the rotary shaft insert unit.
