PROCESS FOR PREPARING DIPHENYLSULFONE COMPOUND BY PULVERIZATION PROCEDURE

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing a diphenylsulfone compound with higher purity by depositing of products in a solid form and pulverizing the deposited products physically. CONSTITUTION: The diphenylsulfone compound represented by the formula 1, and is prepared by the process comprising reacting 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone represented by the formula 2 with a halogenated alkyl compound represented by the formula 3: R-X, in the presence of a reaction solvent and a base, wherein the process comprises the pulverization procedure during reaction. In the formulas 1-3, R represents a C1-C4 alkyl and X represents a halogen atom. Preferably, the pulverization is carried out so that a mean particle size of a solid which is extracted continuously during the reaction reaches 0.05-50 m when the reaction conversion rate is in a range of 60-90%.
