SHEET RUBBER ADHESION PREVENTING STRUCTURE OF CONTINUOUS MIXER FOR MIXING RUBBER AT REDUCED WORK TROUBLE RATE

PURPOSE: Provided is a sheet rubber adhesion preventing structure of a continuous mixer for mixing rubber, to reduce work trouble rate and to extend maximum lifespan of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: The continuous mixer for mixing rubber includes a mixer mill(2) for mixing and circulating a sheet rubber(1) several tens of times and a conveyor belt(3) for transferring the sheet rubber(1). The sheet rubber adhesion preventing structure of the continuous mixer includes a plurality of jet nozzles(4) that are formed on the surface of the conveyor belt(3) for coating water molecules, and a control monitor(5) for controlling the jet nozzles(4). The water molecules sprayed from the jet nozzles(4) are not sprayed directly on the sheet rubber(1), but are sprayed directly on the conveyor belt(3).
