COMPLEX MATERIAL WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN COMPLEX MATRIX, PROCESS AND USE THEREOF FIBROUS CARRIER WEB

PURPOSE: Provided are complex material with flexible synthetic resin complex matrix and fibrous carrier web hidden in the matrix and reinforced artificial leather capable of having the complex material at either side. CONSTITUTION: The complex material comprises complex matrix made of flexible synthetic resin and fibrous carrier web formed within the matrix. The complex matrix is based on cross-linked polyurethane and the fibrous carrier web integrated inside polyurethane-complex matrix. The complex material is produced by reclaiming uniformly the fibrous web as well as cross-linking reactive starting material of the polyurethane-complex matrix polyurethane; completely introducing the web in polyurethane matrix starting material; and connecting the fibrous sheet to the polyurethane layer.
