TFT DISPLAY PANEL AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF INJECTING A LIQUID CRYSTAL EASILY

PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to control density of the second spacing column for maintaining a cell gap, thereby capable of injecting a liquid crystal easily. CONSTITUTION: Plural gate lines having upper and lower layers are formed on an insulating substrate(110). A gate insulating layer(140) is formed on the gate line. A semiconductor layer(151) is formed on the gate insulating layer. Resistant contact members(161,165) are formed on the semiconductor layer. Source and drain electrodes(173,175) are formed on the resistant contact members. A passivation layer(180) is formed on the source and drain electrodes and has plural contact holes(182,185) for exposing an end portion(179) of a data line(171), the drain electrode and the gate insulating layer adjacent to the drain electrode. Plural pixel electrodes(190) and plural contact assistants(82) are formed on the passivation layer.
