VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT ROTARY COMPRESSOR PREVENTING ECCENTRIC BUSHES FROM ROTATING FASTER THAN ROTARY SHAFT IN SPECIFIC SECTION

PURPOSE: A variable displacement rotary compressor is provided to prevent eccentric bushes from rotating faster than a rotary shaft in a specific section due to a pressure change generated in each compression chamber. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower compression chambers are different in inner volume. A rotary shaft(21) passes through the upper and lower compression chambers. Upper and lower eccentric cams(41,42) are eccentrically installed at the rotary shaft to be arranged inside the compression chambers. Upper and lower eccentric bushes(51,52) are arranged on outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower eccentric cams. A slot(53) is formed between the upper eccentric bush and the lower eccentric bush. A fixing pin(43) selectively converts the upper and lower eccentric bushes into the maximum eccentric position according to a rotary direction of the rotary shaft. A restricting pin(80) is protruded according to the rotation of the rotary shaft and is fixed by the slot so that the restricting pin restricts the eccentric bush converted into the maximum eccentric position to rotate the eccentric bush without being slipped. A plate spring(90) returns the restring pin to the original position according to the stoppage of the rotary shaft. The plate spring includes a through-slit(91) formed at one end to pass the restricting pin movably back and forth, and a fixing hole(92) formed at the other end to fix the plate spring at the rotary shaft.
