PURPOSE: A Braille keypad structure of a mobile communication terminal and an inputting method thereof are provided to array Braille keys on character input keys of a terminal keypad, and to input characters in Braille system, so that the visually impaired can use a short message service. CONSTITUTION: When a key of a Braille keypad is pressed, a controller converts into a number string of a Braille system by corresponding to the pressed key. The controller decides whether a 2-point input key is pressed before the pressed key. If so, the controller reads the converted number string and a previous number string, and arrays the read number strings. The controller performs automata with the arrayed number strings, and makes a corresponding character, then displays the made character.
