PURPOSE: To provide a reactor for gas/liquid or gas/liquid/solid reactions which is constructed in a simpler gas distributor structure so that the reactor is more economical than a conventional reactor and sensitivity to breakdown caused by vibration hardly happens. CONSTITUTION: The reactor for gas/liquid or gas/liquid/solid reactions comprises an inlet for supply flow of liquid or liquid/solid of an upper zone of reactor, an inlet(3) for gas flow of a lower zone of the reactor, a vertical longitudinal shaft, and one or more chambers(4) longitudinally disposed on one another, wherein the respective chambers are bordered by liquid sealing bottom plates(5) on the bottom of the reactor, the respective chambers are connected to an inner space of the reactor under the liquid sealing bottom plates that border the chambers through liquid overflow parts, flow of liquid product is discharged through the liquid overflow part of the lowermost chamber, a gas space under the respective liquid sealing bottom plates is connected to the chamber right above the gas space by one or more gas inlet pipes(8) opened into gas distributor modules(9) on which an opening(10) for a gas outlet under the liquid surface of the chamber is formed, the respective chambers comprise at least one or more guide plates(11) which are vertically arranged around the respective gas distributor modules, an upper end of which is under the liquid surface, a bottom end of which on the liquid sealing bottom plates of the chambers, and which divide the respective chambers into one or more spaces in which gas flows and one or more spaces in which gas does not flow, and the gas distributor modules comprise straight pipe parts(14,15).
