PURPOSE: A device and a method for processing provisioning using a web server are provided to efficiently advance businesses for changing a current service or developing a new service by making the web server standardize/develop a provider offering the specified service to clients and integrally manage call information of the provider. CONSTITUTION: A provisioning database(17) stores a standardized workflow processed by each provider(30). A client interface(11) receives a provisioning request from a provisioning client(5) and returns a provisioning work result. A provisioning database interface(12) loads data for the standardized workflow of each provider related to the business requested from the provisioning client from the provisioning database. A provider interface(14) processes the business based on the standardized workflow by calling the corresponding providers and receives a result value.
