PURPOSE: A system and a method for a vehicle AD(ADvertisement) using the wired/wireless communication network are provided to easily make an AD contract between an advertiser and an owner of an AD vehicle, and maximize an AD effect by offering driving information of the AD vehicle to the advertiser in real-time through the wired/wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises advertiser/vehicle owner wired/wireless communication tools(10,11), the moving vehicle(12) having a display device to display the AD of the advertiser, the wireless communication network(13), and a server device(14). The wireless communication network transmits the driving information provided from the vehicle and AD information displayed to the vehicle. The server device stores advertiser/AD related information, vehicle owner information, vehicle related information, and the driving information and the display information of the vehicle. The server device provides the contract and a desired information service to the advertiser and the vehicle owner, and transmits the AD information to the vehicle through the wireless communication network.
