The device has at least one spring-loaded switch element (2) per direction of movement of the lifting tool. Each switch element has a press-operated mechanism (5), first electrical micro-button (4) and at least one further control and/or switch element (6). The press-operated mechanism consists of an outer rod (7) spring-loaded relative to the micro-button and the control and/or switch element and an inner rod (9) spring-loaded within the outer rod. The first micro-button is operated by the inner rod and the control and/or switch element is operated by the outer rod.
