PASTE-PHASE COMPOSITION FOR FILLING INTO JOINING REGION OF ALUMINUM PANELS IN AUTOMOBILES, COMPRISING AS ADDITIVES, CALCIUM OXIDE, SILICA, CALCIUM CARBONATE, FILLING AGENT, CARBON BLACK, DICYANDIAMIDE, DIBENZOYL-P-QUINONEDIOXIDE, DIPHENYLAMINE AND DIOCTYLPHTHALATE

PURPOSE: A paste-phase composition for filling into a joining region of aluminum panels in automobiles is provided to prevent the deformation and torsion of an automobile body, to improve the durability, and to show anti-corrosive effects. CONSTITUTION: The paste-phase composition comprises 5-20 wt% of a styrenebutadiene-based rubber, 3-15 wt% of a chloroprene-based rubber, 5-20 wt% of a bisphenol-A type epoxy-based resin and 5-13 wt% of an acrylic resin as a base, 1-3 wt% of calcium oxide, 15-45 wt% of silica, 10-25 wt% of coating calcium carbonate, 10-20 wt% of a filling agent selected from talc, calcium carbonate and zinc oxide, 3-9 wt% of carbon black, 0.2-3 wt% of dicyandiamide, 0.5-2 wt% of dibenzoyl-p-quinonedioxide, 0.5-1 wt% of diphenylamine and 10-30 wt% of dioctylphthalate, wherein the composition has a viscosity of 1,500-3,000 PS/20 deg.C.
