PURPOSE: An Internet B2C(Business-to-Customer) commercial transaction system equipped with a regional shuttle delivery system of a cell unit and a method thereof are provided to enable the customer to search a provider for delivering a desired goods within a fixed time from a host computer by inputting regional code information. CONSTITUTION: A B2C operator operates an operator site system performing the Internet B2C commercial transaction system between the providers(102-1¯102-n) and the customers(101-1¯101-n). An operator host device(105) divides a business area into each cell by sectioning the business area, assigns the regional code to each cell, manages the providers, the customers, and a regional shuttle delivery member shop(106), stores transaction particulars of the provider, and calculates a transaction fee of each provider. The shuttle delivery member shop provides a shuttle delivery service between the providers and the customers within the region fixed by the B2C operator with a member shop contract. |
