PURPOSE: Provided are a swing posture correcting apparatus having a mechanism fixing a swing orbit, and a swing posture correcting method by using the apparatus, thereby improving an aim of a direction and a flying distance. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a mechanism for fixing a swing orbit and formed in an oval shape on the whole, a golf club holding part for holding a golf club's handle portion and detachably engaged to the mechanism, and a swing path changing part engaged to the golf club holding part. The mechanism has a duplex arc which is combined with a first arc(10) drawn by the golf club upon backswing and a second arc(20) drawn by the golf club upon downswing and upswing.
