PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetics composition containing galenic extracts and perfumes including both synthetic and natural perfumes as active ingredients. Therefore, the composition has pharmacological action of the galenic and is thus used for preventing acne or inflammation. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetics composition for preventing acne or inflammation is characterized by containing galenic extracts and perfumes as active ingredients, wherein the perfumes include both synthetic and natural perfumes. The composition has excellent prevention effect on acne and inflammation caused by skin flora, has little skin stimulation and has extended storage by preventing contamination of microorganisms.
