PURPOSE: A textile slanting device is characterized by having a simple structure, being capable of being manufactured, maintained and repaired easily, providing textile pleated uniformly and having excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION: A textile slanting device comprises: feeding rolls(2)(2') supplying textile(1); pleating rolls(3)(3') containing teeth(8)(8') and circular concave parts(9)(9') which are engaged each other; a needle(6) having a bend(10) in the middle and a rear end inserted thread(5); and needle holding rolls(7)(7')(7'') containing a circular concave groove(11) inserted the needle. A tip(12) of the needle is set on a side of the circular concave parts of the pleating rolls.
