PURPOSE: A raw material cutting machine of buttons is provided to increase the productivity of the buttons by cutting and discharging the raw materials of buttons precisely at high speed in inputting raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A raw material cutting machine(1) comprises a cutting body(10) having an injection port cooling a cutter blade of a cutter rotating body, a discharge port(19) discharging the cut raw material and an insertion hole inserting raw material(80), the cutter rotating body turning in the cutting body by a driving motor, a raw material guide pipe supporting and guiding the button raw material into the cutting body by an elongated insertion hole, a raw material guide(40) contacted to the raw material guide pipe to keep temperature of 200 deg.C, upper and lower guide gears(50,50a) pushing the raw material into the elongated insertion hole of the raw material guide pipe by decelerating torque of the driving motor, a raw material supply plate(60) preventing decrease of temperature of the raw material and guiding the raw material into the upper and lower guide gears, and an electric clutch connecting and disconnecting power of the upper and lower guide gears. |
