METHOD FOR DRIVING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL, ESPECIALLY CONTROLLING ONE OF PULSE WIDTH AND PULSE AMPLITUDE OF SCAN SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A method for driving a liquid crystal display panel is provided to compensate characteristic difference of a scan signal applied to gate lines of the liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines are arranged horizontally with a constant gap each other, and a gate driving unit is connected to one side of a liquid crystal display panel. At least one of pulse width and pulse amplitude of a scan signal is changed and then the scan signal is applied to the gate lines in sequence from the gate driving unit. The pulse width of the scan signal is changed by being synchronized with an output enable signal(GOE) applied to the gate driving unit. The pulse amplitude of the scan signal is changed by a voltage level of a gate high voltage(Vgh) signal applied to the gate driving unit.
