PURPOSE: A verifying device of a multi-mode type mobile communication terminal is provided to promptly verify new functions and performance of the multi-mode type mobile communication terminal by connecting a handset having the existing functions of a mobile terminal with a platform having new functions. CONSTITUTION: A handset(100) has a processor executing all functions of a GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication), and has RF(Radio Frequency), IF(Intermediate Frequency), DBB(Digital Base Band) for supporting a new standard. A platform(200) exchanges TDD(Time Division Duplex) base band signals with the handset(100) in analog shape by using software realizing the new standard, and exchanges information on an upper layer through a USB(Universal Serial Bus) so that the platform(200) generates verification signals for verifying functions and performance of a multi-mode type mobile communication terminal. A measuring instrument(300) monitors the verification signals output from the platform(200).
