MASTER BATCH COMPOSITION FOR TIRE RUBBER TO PREVENT CAKING DURING LONG TERM STORAGE

PURPOSE: A master batch composition for tire rubber is provided to prevent caking of the composition caused by increase in hardness during long term storage. CONSTITUTION: The master batch composition for tire rubber comprises natural rubber, a vulcanizing agent and 6-10wt% of stearic acid, of which melting point is in the range of 40-60deg.C, wherein the vulcanizing agent includes a vulcanization accelerator.
