PURPOSE: An air circulation structure of an electric roaster is provided to prevent the suction power reduction of a suction fan by supplying smoothly the air through a third air hole even if an oil discharge hole is blocked up. CONSTITUTION: An air circulation structure of an electric roaster comprises a case(1) having three side air passages(2,4,6) arranged on three lateral sides and formed with three air holes(3,5,7); a grill(20) settled on the upside of the case and formed with plural oil discharge holes(21); a middle cover(14) combined at the lower side of the case to separate a lower air passage(8) of the case and three side air passages and composed of an air guide unit(15) disposed in the center; a partition(19) interposed between the second and third side air passages to shut off the side air passages from each other; an inlet port(16) formed at one side of the middle cover to connect the first side air passage with the lower air passage; and a supply port(17) formed at the other side of the middle cover to connect the lower air passage with the third side air passage. The oil, smoke, and smell of the grill are sucked into the first and second air holes of the case and the filtered and cooled air is supplied to the oil discharge hole and the third air hole.
