PURPOSE: A refrigerator having an evaporation container and a machine chamber housing structure is provided to easily assemble and disassemble an evaporation container and prevent a drainage hose from extending into a space of a machine chamber, thereby easily assembling and repairing parts. CONSTITUTION: An evaporation container(200) stores defrosted water, having flange parts(210) at both sides. An evaporation container mounting part(110) includes a machine chamber housing having a pair of guide parts(111) guiding the flange parts of the evaporation container when the evaporation container is mounted at the evaporation container mounting part. A drainage hose joining boss(112) is formed at the evaporation container mounting part. A drainage hose(300) extends over the machine chamber housing to be connected with the drainage hose joining part. The defrosted water is collected into the evaporation container through the drainage hose.
