PURPOSE: A spine screw is provided to couple a fixing bolt in a rapid and safe manner, by permitting the spine screw to have a fixing ring and the fixing bolt which are assembled integrally with each other. CONSTITUTION: A spine screw comprises a screw rod(10), a head portion(15), a fixing bolt(13), and a fixing ring(17). The screw rod is inserted and fixed in a spine. The head portion is formed integrally with the top of the screw rod, and accommodates a rod(11). The head portion has a screw portion(14) for coupling of the fixing bolt. The fixing bolt descends and presses the rod arranged underneath the fixing bolt. The fixing ring is coupled to the fixing bolt, and descends together with the fixing bolt so as to support the side wall of the head portion in a radial direction. The fixing bolt and the fixing ring are coupled integrally with each other by a coupling hole(20) penetrating through the center of the fixing bolt and a protrusion(21) protruded from the center of the bottom of the fixing ring. The fixing ring has a curved portion(22) formed at the center of the bottom surface of the fixing ring. The curved portion surface-contacts the curved surface of the rod so as to directly press the rod.
