PURPOSE: A resin filling device and a rail-height regulating method of a variable pad are provided to shorten the hardening time by cleaning only a mixer separately from a tube and to reduce the waste of resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin filling device of a variable pad(38) inserted and mounted under a rail to regulate the height of the rail according to the injection amount of resin is composed of first and second containers(74,76) in which an injecting agent and a hardening agent of the resin are inserted, respectively; first and second pumps(78,80) for sucking in and discharging the injecting agent and the hardening agent from the first and second containers, respectively; a driving unit(88) interlocking with both pumps and sucking in and discharging the injecting agent and the hardening agent at the same time; and a mixer(102) for mixing and supplying the injecting agent and the hardening agent ejected from both pumps to the variable pad.
